Mac travelled from Guyana 20 years ago to make Antigua his home. He is responsible for our beach patrol, site maintenance and is our general ‘Mr Fix-it’. Beach Patrol is as much about protecting our endangered species as about protecting our customers. Valley Church Beach is home to turtles during the nesting season. 'I love all nature says Mac but especially the turtles. They are magnificent creatures.’ When Mac isn't on Beach Patrol, he's doing the school run - he's got six gorgeous children! To relax and keep fit he's either pumping iron, or liming with his buddies around a BBQ, grilling fresh fish and mashing fresh fruit to make delicious natural energy drinks.
Dan moved to Antigua from Montserrat just after the volcanic eruptions 20 years ago. 'Antigua made us welcome and now Antigua is my home'. Dan is at his happiest on the football pitch. Narrowly missing a place in the Antigua national team, he still plays club football every week in between airport runs to pick up our customers! He is passionate about youth development and spends his spare time coaching football for the North Coast U17's. The airport run is just about 40 minutes but, in that time, Dan will give you an incredibly informative island tour, touching on its history and culture, and all the best places to go whilst you're on island.
Nature has always been Chloe's first love. It was through her degree studies in Ecology and Conservation that Chloe first became fascinated with the healing benefits of nature . These early ideas were the inspiration behind the first Wild Lotus Camp, set in the rainforest on the neighbouring island of Montserrat. But the sea was always Chloe's first love so when the chance to move the camp to Antigua within days she had found a way to fly the tents across by helicopter. When she isn't organising things for our customers, she is racing around Jolly harbour on a yacht or practicing Yoga on the beach.
Vennetta's first profession was as a psychiatric nurse. It was through many years of practice that she first appreciated the powerful therapeutic effects of being outdoors for tackling anxiety and stress. With decades of running social services under her belt, and with retirement looming on the horizon, she spotted the opportunity to continue to help people's wellbeing in one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. Vennetta leads the strategic development of the business as well as being responsible for the domestics. 'I find ironing the sheets gives me time to think and plan' she says. 'Both activities really complement each other'. You will often see Vennetta watering the shower gardens - probably deep in thought!

Paul is a qualified Chef, an NLP practitioner and a squash coach. With all these skills combined he keeps track of the company accounts and leads the day to day operational management keeping the team focussed, and happy. Failing that he can be spotted about a mile offshore sailing his powerboat along the beautiful Antiguan shoreline. ‘There's nothing better than dropping anchor at some deserted beach, having a dip and listening to the cricket.
