WHAT IS GLAMPING?
Glamping is an out-of-the-ordinary camping experience with no sacrifice on your comfort.
Spending time together and making once-in-a-lifetime memories while totally immersed in nature; this is what glamping is all about.
Glamping reminds your body and soul of that deep and visceral connection with nature and gives you the sense of wonderment you seek through travel and unique experiences.
ARE THERE TOILETS AND SHOWER FACILITIES?
Each tent has its own eco friendly solar heated shower, situated in a private outdoor garden of exotic flowers, crawling plants and banana trees.
The toilets are separate. These are located a 1 – 2 minute walk along the beach, just past the Nest Beach bar, and are a shared facility.
These are standard flushing toilets that are kept spotlessly clean.
IS THERE SECURITY?
The beach has a gated entrance which is locked at sunset. There is a Wild Lotus Beach patrol that operates in the evenings.
You will be given a key to this gate so you can come and go freely during the evenings.
Each tent is equipped with a safe for valuables and there are padlocks for the zip doors and windows which allow you to lock the tent whilst you are out exploring.
IS THERE ELECTRICITY?
The tents are right on the beach so they are completely off-grid.
You will be provided with a solar powered USB charger and the tent is lit by lanterns and twinkling strings of solar fairy lights.
When camping on a clear night the skies are brimming with stars; build yourselves a camp fire, cozy up and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature itself.
IS THERE WIFI?
This is the perfect opportunity to unplug from technology and reconnect with nature and with each other.
If unfortunately you aren’t in a position to disconnect from the outside world completely, WI-FI is available 24/7 at The Nest Beach Bar & restaurant.
