Payment Policy

 

All rates are quoted in United States currency and are based on double occupancy excluding 15% Antigua and Barbuda Service Tax (ABST).

 

All reservations are confirmed by payment in full. The total reservation amount will be deducted from the credit card upon completion of booking. For our cancellation policy please see below.

GROUP BOOKINGS

 

When booking 3 or more tents payment in full or a minimum 50% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking.

 

When paying a cash deposit a current valid credit card is also required to guarantee the booking. 

 

For a full refund of deposit, cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to the date of check in. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the deposit is non refundable.

Please note there is a 2 person maximum per tent.

Cancellation Policy



For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14 full days prior to the date of check in.

If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance accommodation fees are non-refundable.

If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent are non-refundable.

If the guest does not show up, accommodation fees are non-refundable.

Wild Lotus Camp is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

 

Guests may be able to re-book another date subject to availability.

Cancellation policies may vary if booked through a booking channel (e.g. booking.com, AirBnB, Expedia etc.) Please check the terms and conditions as stated at the time of booking.

Terms and Conditions


100% SMOKE FREE
We kindly ask guests to not use any aerosols, light candles or smoke inside the tents.


Guests who violate the policy and smoke in premise of the tents are subject to a minimum $100.00 charge for returning the tent to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your compliance and understanding.

CHECK IN 
Check in is at 14:30PM.


We ask guests to contact us directly prior to their stay to let us know if they will be checking in any later than 14:30PM.

 

There is no reception on site, however you will be met by a member of staff for check in and staff are often on site during the day.

Any check ins after 9PM are subject to a late check in fee of $35.00

 

ARRIVING BY FLIGHT?
If arriving by flight on the day of check in we ask guests to provide us with flight details so we can be aware of any delays on their journey.


We will be happy to check you in early if your tent is available and providing you contact us prior to your stay so we can make check in arrangements.

If you require a private airport transfer contact us and we shall arrange this for you.


Free parking is available to our guests, if you wish to hire a vehicle during your stay let us know and we would be happy to assist.


CHECK OUT
Check out is at 11:00AM.


The check out procedure requires the returning of the tent keys and the room with all items and furnishings as listed on the tent inventory.


If you require a later check-out, please let us know prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

A charge may apply for late check-out.

 

ADULTS ONLY

Wild Lotus Camp is an adult only establishment as such children cannot be accommodated. Each tent is furnished with a double bed, with a 2 person maximum per tent there is no capacity for extra beds in the tent. Pets are not allowed on the premise.

SERVICE EXTRAS
We offer a full English breakfast to all our overnight guests for $20 US per person.

DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT
Damage to tents, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, furnishings, etc. will be charged at 100% of the new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to Wild Lotus Camp property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular tent.

 

Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.

 

Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.



Wild Lotus Camp reserves the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and policies as and when it deems necessary. Should you require any clarification on the terms  and conditions please contact us directly.
